Haven and Hammer Giveaway – Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

This promotional competition is organized and run by Haven and Hammer (“the Promoter”).

2. Competition Period

• Entries open on 27 November 2025.
• Entries close on 7 January 2026.
• The winner will be announced on or after 10 January 2026 via Haven and Hammer’s official social media platforms.

3. Prize

• One winner will receive R5,000 in labour-only credits for a single renovation or handyman project.
• Materials, fixtures, and supplies are excluded.
• The credit must be redeemed in one single project and cannot be split across multiple jobs.
• The credit is valid for 3 years from the date of winner announcement.
• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Eligibility

• Open to residents of South Africa aged 18 years or older.
• Employees of Haven and Hammer, their immediate families, and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

5. How to Enter

To qualify for entry, participants must:

• ✅ Like the giveaway post
• ✅ Like or follow Haven and Hammer’s official social media page
• ✅ Share the giveaway post to their feed or story
• ➕ Tag at least one friend in the comments for an additional entry
• 📲 Join the Haven and Hammer WhatsApp Channel for a bonus entry

6. Winner Selection

• All qualified participants will be entered into an electronic random draw system (“wheel of names”).
• The winner will be selected at random and announced publicly.

7. Notification

• The winner will be contacted via direct message and announced publicly on Haven and Hammer’s social media.
• If the winner cannot be reached within 7 days, a new winner may be drawn.

8. General

• Haven and Hammer reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition at any time without prior notice.
• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
