- R99 – general items
- R250 – appliances & flat-packed furniture (requires assembly)
- R500 – semi or fully assembled furniture
- R350 – services (installation, etc.)

I’VE PLACED MY ORDER
Great news! We’ve received your order and it’s in the queue for processing. Give us about 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) to get your order ready. Once processed, your order status will change to shipped!
For services: Service appointments take place within 1–3 working days from the date ordered. Our service consultants will contact you to schedule a suitable time.
ON ROUTE
Your order is now on its delivery journey.
- In-stock items: delivered within 3–7 working days
- Made-to-Order products: delivered within 3–4 weeks (see product page)

LOST OR DAMAGED
If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours for a swift replacement. If your order goes missing during delivery, we’ll make sure it reaches your doorstep. Your satisfaction is our priority!
