Returns

• Return unwanted items within 30 days if unused, undamaged, in original packaging, with all labels and accessories.
• Refunds processed 7–10 working days after inspection.
• Delivery and collection fees deducted if returning due to change of mind.

Exchanges

• Free exchanges within 30 days under the same conditions as returns.
• We collect the original item and deliver the replacement at no cost.
• If an exchange isn’t possible, a refund is issued.

Non-Returnable Items

• Electronic vouchers, used wallpaper or bedding, assembled furniture.

Damaged on Delivery

• Report immediately via our website.
• Free collection, then choose repair, replacement, or full refund.

Defective Products (Guarantee)

• Defects within warranty period eligible for repair, replacement, or refund.
• Not covered: normal wear and tear, misuse, corrosion, lack of care, unauthorized alterations, or items that don’t suit your preference.

• Coverage ranges from a few months up to 30 years.
• After expiry, repairs, replacements, or refunds are at the supplier’s discretion.
